Last week I decided to spoil myself by buying myself a new watch. I had my mind set on a gold version of my black Michael Kors watch for a long time and when I spotted this golden beauty at my local jewelry store I didn’t had to think long: this one is mine.

Today I’m enjoying a day off and what better way to spend it then by wearing a pop of crazy pink. Luckily the weather is changing for the better so I decided to give my black tights a rest and wear my good old kneesocks. I love how they can give any outfit a edgy twist.

In case you planned a shopping trip this weekend or you’re just bored at work and want to hit the internet, this is my advice for today: buy yourself some flowers. These are my favorites at the moment:

I really love the combination of red, white and blue. It’s a real classic and yet it’s always modern. It’s a combination that’s suitable all year round and for any occasion. The wide-legged jeans I’m wearing I designed myself, like a skinny and a straight legged jeans it’s essential to any girls wardrobe.

When it comes to casual wear I really love the Frensch style, that je ne sais qua. So when I heard that Ines de la Fressange wrote a book named Parisian style, I just had to have it. It’s really inspirational and I can recommend it to anyone who (like me) is always trying so achieve that Parisian Je ne sais qua.

I really love the Prada spring/summer 2012 show so when I saw this blouse at Zara it immediately reminded me of that collection. The soft pink and yellow colour-combination, the pleating and the sheer fabric. It’s the perfect blouse for a sunny day in spring.

One of my favorite trends for this summer is by far Neon. I really love the quirky touch it can give your outfit. This season every brand and designer has some neon pieces in their collection. These are mine favorites for the moment.

It’s not a big secret that I’m a huge fan of Zara. It’s by far my favorite highstreet-store. They are always on-trend and are masters in translating the catwalk-hits into accessible and affordable items without making it a rip-off. Like these flower-printed pants. Seen on every catwalk and luckely for us now available at every Zara and H&M. The white background gives it a more summer/daytime-feel while my black one from H&M  is more night-time summer chic. Brighten up your day and buy yourself some flowers!

Today I’m wearing a dress that is truly easy and comfortable to wear. I bought it a few years ago but thanks to the simple design I still love it. It’s designed by one of my favorite models and style-icons Kate Moss. I really loved her Topshop-collaborations but unfortunately that belongs to the past. One of my other favorites from her Topshop-collection is the Wing-jacket, that I was lucky enough to score online, which sold out the same day they launched it.
