(DO IT YOURSELF) JEWELED T-SHIRT

Two weeks ago I told you about the Jeweled trend I was spotting everywhere. I futured a Miu Miu t-shirt that I really loved but that was way over my budget. After I couldn’t get it out of my head I decided to give it a try and start making my own version. Here’s how I did it.

First I bought a plain white t-shirt at Zara

Requirements: Scissor, needle and thread, a variety of sequins, pearls and stones. Ribbon.

Start at the front side in the middle and work your way to the shoulderseam. Vary the colors and stones to your own taste.

The result.

 Leave some space at the center back for a knotted ribbon.

In total I spend about 30 euro’s, a far cry from the original that retails for 520 euro at mytheresa.com

Make the shirt your centerpiece and wear it with a black skirt and heels or a simple jeans and flats.
