CAPETOWN

If you are going to invest in just 1 thing this coming season then let it be a cape. Pregnant or not, this is the most practical cover-up ever. Not to mention so stylish and instand chic. It’s like the Parisienne of cover-ups, it’s got that Je ne say qua” written all over it. I scored mine already 2 winters ago and still I love to wear it as much as I can. These sunny days in fall with only a sweater under neath and in winter time combined with a leather jacket for extra warmth. Whenever you find the perfect one, don’t hasitate but grap it while you still can! . | Cape ZARA | Sweater COS | Leggings H&M | Shoes MANGO | Shopper Louis Vuitton | . | Follow me on FACEBOOK | INSTAGRAM | TWITTER | PINTEREST | TUMBLR | .

THE ONE THING

The one thing that I can absolutely not live without (wardrobe wise) is a black dress. And this one in particular. Over the past twelve years that I have this special one in my possession it has proven it self over and over again. And even now, half way my pregnancy, I still can’t live without it. The funny thing is, I bought it on sale, back then from a unknown designer to me. Well, she not so unknown anymore. I’m talking a real Isabel Marant here. I must confess I really was in doubt when I bought it, even on sale it didn’t come cheap, but I’m still very happy I did. This dress also stands for all the things she still stands for now. Timeless, well-made classics. Proven once again that some things are worth investing in. . | Dress ISABEL MARANT | Flats BODEN | Bag LOUIS VUITTON Neverfull | Sunnies PRADA | . | Follow me on FACEBOOK | INSTAGRAM | TWITTER | PINTEREST | TUMBLR |

THE LONG ONE

Sometimes you see a woman so stylish and pretty you just wanna be her and rip the clothes just right of her back. Well of course you never do but trying so achieve the same look is something I try very often. Just a few weeks ago, when shopping in Antwerp, I saw this beautifull lady who was wearing sort of the exact outfit I´m wearing now. I loved the long coat and jeans combination instandly. It looked so effortlessly chic, like she just walked out of the latest copy of French Vogue. Off course you have to make any look your own otherwise you just become a bad copy of your inspiration and yourself. I feel pretty comfortable and “me” in this outfit so I think my attempt has succeed this time.   | Trench ZARA | Top COS | Jeans H&M | Bag LOUIS VUITTON | Flats BODEN | . | Follow me on FACEBOOK | INSTAGRAM | TWITTER | PINTEREST |

A TRAVEL CLASSIC

One day in the past year I came to realize that I was in desperate need of a large travel bag. Always putting my handbags to the test when traveling. Imagine my Prada tote overflowing with stuff when I leave for any kind of destination, almost to point of total destruction. Well, a worn out Prada tote was never my style so after the last time I promised myself never to do this again and get my self a descent travel bag. So after some doing my research, which for me is about 50% of the total fun when buying a new investment, I came to the conclusion that all the real travel experts travel with a set of Louis Vuitton for decades now. Well a whole travel set of Louis Vuitton is definitely on my list, the list called Want!!! but definitely not going to happen any time soon!, but he you got to start somewhere. So I thought this Neverfull was going the be the perfect starting point and I can perfectly test it in about two weeks when I leave for a well deserved holiday to the Caribbean. So Neverfull, well, I don’t know if that true […]
