So then it’s already time to write the last post of this year. I just can’t believe that this year is almost over, so yes, time does fly when you’re having fun. The past year was nothing but great for me, being a mama was on my wishlist for a very long time and it has been such a blessing to be one for a whole year arround. Nothing has ever felt quite like this before, not even my first Chanel purchase can match this if you know what I mean. And the best part of all is that I finally feel like I’m in control. A year ago I never imagined myself balancing it all, a family, a career, a blog and a social life. Finding something to wear for a special occasion, like a wedding, used to be my favorite waste of time. Hours and hours I could browse the internet in search of the perfect dress and matching heels. That was, until I became a mother of a little girl that needs my attention all day long. Carrying around a 9 month old baby and wearing a short or tight fitted dress don’t go very well together. Just a much as I love to look good I want my clothes to be comfortable and things like hemlines to stay in their place. So for the first time I did not wear a dress or a skirt but I opted for a comfortable, yet chic, jumpsuit. And it turned out to be a good choice. Yesterday was the most perfect September Sunday. The weather is just amazing these days and it allows me to wear some of my summer favorites for the last time this year. I always love to wear pencil skirts because of their positive effect on a womans figure but they also give me a dressed-up feeling. By wearing them with a sweater they become so much more relaxed and also more fall proof. I hope we keep this weather for many more days to come to I can keep exploring more summer meets winter combinations. | Sweater H&M | Skirt Warehouse | Heels ZARA | Bag Vintage | Necklace Pieces | . | Follow me on FACEBOOK | INSTAGRAM | TWITTER | PINTEREST | TUMBLR |
